Hello,I'm here to give you a very short critique! Hope it will help you
Good things - I love the way you colored the background and her skin,The scenario is really good,In general this deviation is awesome.
Bad things - The lines are a little sketchy
- for Sai,using the curve tool on the other layer option (the one with the little pen in it) is the best to make line-art.
You know, the lines remind me about how in anime's if something was going to move in the background, they would of make it look different (Sorry if this offends you )
because the character looks a little unrelated to the background because the line art,
And to be honest with the curve tool it will probably make it worse xD well i have no idea, but you should try!

Also,i don't know if this is intended or not,but her eyes are really different, But that probably is intended isn't it?
Ohh, you mean a bubble blower thingamabob? Ahaha I can't even think of the exact name either. So she blows bubbles in the clouds among the stars? These 3 things sound like such a wonderful combo.
That's awesome! I wish it was possible to actually create star-shaped bubbles, but I think that only exists in SpongeBob lol! I don't know if you know that cartoon show. It's from the U.S.
Hope it will help you
